Anybody seen this yet ? I guess Brad would have.

Concerns trial of Mary Surrat manager of boarding house frequented by Lincoln's killer John Wilkes Booth.

Planning a trip to the movies and the Eagle is not on yet and not much choice.

Yeah I have. Not bad but not memorable. Some distractions like dirty brass and BAD drill among the soldier extras. These were garrison troops dang it! A good portrayal of Sec. of War Stanton by Kevin Kline.
 
There's an earlier thread on this and didn't generate much interest. I saw it and thought it good. Fairly good historical accuracy in the film. Chris

There were some details I looked up later like the pictures of Booth hidden behind the picture on the mantle at the Surratt house. That was based on history. Clothing wasn't bad either. They had an extra in a Veteran Reserve Corps at a guard at the Surratt house. Good touch.
