Hi Guys,

10 days ago, when we announced our June Dispatches we showed a young country girl standing beside the King Louis ⅩⅣ figure.

Here’s a little preview of the same young lady who, I hope, will be among July’s releases.

As you can see she would perfectly fit in with more than one K&C series… be it the Middle Ages, the time of the ‘Sun King’ or even Napoleonic times.

Talking of the ‘Age of Napoleon’… we still have a few remaining samples of these other great Napoleonic sets and individual figures apart, alas, from that magnificent ‘Emperor’s Tent’ flying the Imperial standard, which is sold out.

Should you be interested in any of these pieces please contact K&C direct.
First come, first served!

All the best,
Andy

I would use her in my WW2 display, think she would fit in, whether it be a rural scene and watching the soldiers and vehicles go by or in a urban scene, would fit in with a market/shop scene as she is selling apples or bring a gift of fruit to the liberators.

Understated figure, which gives it a certain quality, that adds to the look of a diorama.

This will make a nice companion piece. Robin.

Do you all reckon we could use her as a Saxon or Viking woman.

Hi Jason
I'm sure Andy has done his best to make the figure blend in over as long a time period as possible, though to me that would be stretching it a little too far, but I'm no expert in these things, late Medieval is earliest I would use her in, more likely say early 1600's to early 1700's and Northern Europe in look, also being figure is going to be one of the common folk / Servant, though not exactly poor peasant, but with civilian figures being scarce for any era, well !

I could see her being used in a scene of early settlers, out in the woods foraging being watched by a Native American Indian !
