The Eastern Front, 1944.......................... (1 Viewer)

Captain Stransky "I will show you how a true Prussian officer fights"

Sergeant Steiner "Then I will show you where the Iron Crosses grow"

Magnificent George and my initial perusal of your lay-out immediately brought Peckinpah's epic WWII movie to mind. Kudos

Thanks Bob, glad you like it...............I was 16 years old when I first saw Cross of Iron at the theater, same Summer that A Bridge too Far came out.................hmmm............I've got that one here too, perhaps inspiration for another diorama then?

Hey George, just catching up on the forum. I have been going to major TOY SOLDIER shows with this crazy, hard working, long hours dealer and all my time has been taken up ..... oh wait ...... that was YOU. :eek:.

It never ceases to amaze me how well these "snippets of history" come out so spectacular each time. Obviously your dedication to the scene, the accuracy and the story make you as much of a COLLECTOR as well as a dealer, as opposed to the guys who simply sell stock.

As always, first class! :salute::
