The Nile River Gunboat - My London Show Purchase! (1 Viewer)

Great case steveemmo

How many are available and what sort of price range. I'm looking around for cases for my Australian Light Horse.

hello, just the one of these at the moment, got another slightly smaller one for pat adams nile boat dio, then a few 24" x 10" wide by 7" high which are being snapped up by the 007 james bond DB5 Aston Martin monthly magazine self build fraternity.
stevemmo.

Hi steveemmo

Did you make the Table Top Show Case for Patrick's Nile River boat back in 2009?

Cheers

Martyn:)

Hi Martyn, no thats not mine, back then i had just started experimenting with the plastics, but ive done quite a few since then. ive got one here for patrick to house his britains nile gun boat, just waiting meeting up with him as he is busy with the events side of his business, i am going to the nec toy fair in birmingham today and i will take the case with me just in case he turns up, and to be honest i have sold two already this way, and i think this show case will go the same way too, and i will have to make him a another new one when i get back home.

Just finished the flame polishing and the cleaning inside and out , and finally the wrapping not too much packaging though i dont want to give the courier a false sense of security with it ! but on a serious note one half decent bang on a corner will be enough to damage it if so be extra careful and should you need to clean it further just use fairy liquid with warm water, minor scuffs and light scratches (if you do drop it) can be removed by rubbing the area with t/cut or brasso fluid using a light cloth. i think thats got it covered ! Here it comes jeff.

.....And it surely did all safe and sound about half and hour ago. Very nice, thank you. :smile2:

More about the quality later on a new thread that will include all the other elements of my Nile River Gunboat display.
