I think we're all aware that big budget movies have to have their virtue signaling castings, and everyone is expected to swallow it whole in the ongoing falsehoods ideology.I wish Nolan was not directing this movie as he always plays with timelines. I rarely enjoy his movies. He has also caused controversy with some of his casting choices such as Lupita Nyongo as Helen of Troy. Some argue that how you can you cast her as Helen is white. This is what my son believes. To me it’s just a movie and one man’s interpretation of an epic by Homer.
One of the panel members of that hard hitting news show The View/Hostin said she taught Greek Mythology and it has a strong African aspect to it/it's possible Helen of Troy was black.I think we're all aware that big budget movies have to have their virtue signaling castings, and everyone is expected to swallow it whole in the ongoing falsehoods ideology.
Just like the recent Cleopatra casting, which had Egyptians in an uproar, for trying to mislead.
Why oh why do they have to do this. It wouldn't be acceptable say, as example, if Brad Pitt played Nelson Mandela, would it !?
All these projects achieve in the end is for them to be flops, and not be the huge money makers, the backers had thought they'd be !
