That's great. Congrats. One set I would love to have is one of the old 88s. Can't see it got away because it wasn't being made anymore by the time I started collecting.

I missed the 88 because of bad timing. I would like a shot at a Normandy 88. There have been desert and winter 88's made recently. Maybe KC would consider a re-issue. I am quite sure there would be a lot of interest as many current collectors missed the earlier 88. -- lancer

Speaking of the German Normandy 88 - it was the first K&C item I purchased, believe it or not for $88 back in 2004. The one K&C item I wished hadn't got away is the WS41.

The ws41 was one of the tanks i bought along with 8 wheeled armoured car great sets .
Do these go for alot on ebay

Yes they go for a lot. I was able to get WS041 (Grey Panzer II) several years ago but had missed getting WS032 SDKFZ 231 8 wheel Armoured Car Set and WS037 Krupp Truck. I would like to get the Krupp truck eventually, but do not like the looks of the 8-rad (but still wish I had gotten one at the retail price)

Totally agree Terry,the 8 rad and many other early releases need to be updated somewhat,especially in light of other releases from other quarters in the hobby,but perhaps Andy feels an updated version/s may have an adverse effect on the resale value of the older version/s.K&C have improved the look of their products,perhaps its time to include some of the retired pieces in the improvement programme.Andy knows his market and his customers,if he thinks the time is right he will strike,if not its back to the waiting game and back to buying the exciting New releases,either way its all good. ken
