The Sd.Kfz. 251/9 Mittlerer Schützenpanzerwagen mit 7.5 cm Kanone Model (1 Viewer)

Kind of a repetitive post, however, this week I received John’s latest Sd.Kfz. 251 halftrack model - the Sd.Kfz. 251/9 Mittlerer Schützenpanzerwagen mit 7.5 cm Kanone (GA-251-9). This variant might be my favorite of the three models. It certainly has the most modifications to it with the 7.5cm cannon and modified fighting compartment to include the stowed rounds, ammo locker, and modified benches. As usual, the model has the same high standard of workmanship as all John’s WWII AFVs seem to have. I put my halftrack into an existing vignette display with some First Legion Battle of the Bulge SS troops. The halftrack is crewed by some War Park tanker figures. Here are some pics:

Terrific detail, I'm still thinking about enlarging my collection of 'smaller' 1/30 scale models, however prices for new sets from most companies are becoming 'problematic' {eek3}
