Anybody seen this one yet ? UK members ?

American members may or may not be aware this was a 70's UK police TV series about the Metropolitan Police
Flying Squad (Robbery). Starred John Thaw and Dennis Warterman.

Movie has Ray Winstone and Damian Lewis (Homeland) in lead roles.

I have and, although I like Ray Wilson as an actor its really pants!!! well, pants in the sense that it derived from a great series and a couple of excellent movies. Mind, I am sure a lot will just watch it for what it is a couple of hours (ish) of ''cor blimey guv'' over emphasised southern actors running around chasing ''bad guys''

They actually did a clip and some shots on a Top Gear last year which, made me cringe then but, I still bought the blue ray

Review I read was not that great either.
Will probably go anyway as other choices at moment not so good.
