A small village in the wilderness appears devoid of its inhabitants, it’s up to the local British Garrison to pick up the pieces of a once fledgling frontier settlement.

Unfortunately for the young officer under the scalping pole, he recognizes a remnant of a young woman he once loved. Distraught and overtaken with anger, he falls to the ground as his men look on. Innocence is often one of the first casualties of war.

The dio's you've been posting here lately have been down right tremendous! Can't wait to see more of them.

Keep up the great work.

You have gone to a lot of work once again. Your attention to terrain and backdrop qualifies for a diorama and leaves the one's I do as simple displays. Good on you Robo. Robin.

Great detailed work and great story combining into a very nice display! Congratulations!

Yes, very well done. lots of detail... lots to look at. Look forward to your next post.

You're a very talented artist with the way you have set the scene of your dramatic dioramic moment in time. This one reminds me of the style of paintings of the nineteenth century and look good in a gilded ornate frame !

I hope you are keeping photos of your displays, who knows apart from being useful for a cv. You might even want to publish a collection of them some day !

Look forward to seeing more of your creations. :salute::

Gee, Robo, not only a top shelf diorama maker but now a poet and storyteller as well?

Are there no limits to your talents …. ^&grin

Very, very, very nice … and thanks for the ideas …

Rest assured I have kept every picture I have taken in the shop!
