Further..
This (and the back) views give a good idea of how the men looked the time of the Battle of Ulundi. The white foreign service helmet has been stained khaki and the tunic is buttoned to hide the white plastron. A haversack hangs under his left arm and a waterbottle under his right arm. This man has a good conduct stripe on his right sleeve. The Martini-Henry carbine is at his right side and his bamboo lance rests in a bucket on his right stirrup. There is also another bucket on his left stirrup which is correct. His mess tins are carried on the valise behind the saddle.
Thanks, Joe
I'll have to check my LL Alymer guys to make sure they do too. Mike

Ken here's the photo featuring WBritain and Frontline side by side. I've featured them together in photo dio's but not side by side. Once again have a Merry Christmas and hope Sata's good to you.........The Lt.

The Britains appear quite larger, closer to K&C size. Looks like Frontline is true 54mm.
Two news ZW vignettes? Never saw those before. Scroll down to hand to hand sets.
