Dear All

A few years ago we had a 1/30 scale command post inspired by the old Airfix model kit, made for us by David Marshall at TM Terrain. Unfortunately we sold the original to a collector, but missed the original so much, we have since then commissioned a new version. This was on display at the London show last week, with a collection of our WW2 Germans. We are now sharing those photos with you. For any of you interested, we are considering making the house on its own, please let us know if this appeals to you, if we dont hear from you we will never know!

Only fair you can create your own diorama using your amazing items, as we in the forum do all the time.😀. Robin.

Fantastic and what a great way to display the new SS figures.
Personally, I'd like to see a smaller version of the ruined house, perhaps in a few separate sections for the standard market.

Whereas I suspect many collectors would want it in polystone for depth of detail and strength, it has the drawback of being heavy and postage charges when added to ptoduct cost would probably put many off.

Perhaps a more lighter weight approach such as foam or 3D printed plastic would not only reduce postage but production charges and time from approved prototype to despatched to customers.

Good point Steve. But I'm on the fence.
It would be a great diorama base for several scenarios and like you on the fence, as I have
little space in which to display something of this size, and wouldn't want to anylonger just keep on a shelf in a cupboard, unless I dispose of other display items.
Of which I already have made some inroads one way or another, last being the WB barn that went in the bin, as it had a crack in the roof.
One has to be ruthless, and while I may of been able to sell it, but since putting an item on ebay with cost of postage being what it is, collectors are only going to want good value and unfortunately postal prices, as I will only use Royal Mail no longer reflect that.
So any new additions for me, only come with the permanent removal of something else.

Pretty much the same here. Always enjoy speaking to my UK mate regardless of politics!
Paddy
