I am sorry Steve but based on my considerable experience of riding on the underground trains in Hong Kong, in the Asia Pacific region, I know this is not an accurate diorama.

That shade of blue is clearly not the right RAL number associated with the Pacific campaign. My Thomas paint guide indicates that colour was only used by the Japanese in Manchuria for a month in 1938. I will need to check my reference material to confirm which month. However as all train experts know engine number 1 was only used to transport the Emperor in Tokyo. Besides the eyes are rolling the wrong way.

However despite the shocking errors in this diorama I absolutely love it:salute::.
