I almost forgot Timpo made 2 trains one was western themed the other was military. The do come up on ebay occasionally.

The Timpo military train set is a very nice set. The Timpo trains are battery operated.

Actually it is kind of tacky unless you are about 9 years old. What I have looked for is an O gauger Brit Litho'ed passenger train that I could set up at a platform with Britain's glossy's marching up to board. Scales don't quite match but then they are toys.

I'm making a dio including a train now, but I have no idea what to use for ground cover. If I don't figure something out the ground will be wood.

The train stops due to rocks on the tracks, so an officer steps out to inspect only to be ambushed with the rest of the train by the RED DEVILS.

Nice set up Col. For gound cover that is quick and inexpensive, I have used the cork from the rolls used to line the botton of drawers and shelves. It is unifrom in color and easy to stand figures on.
