Trophy steam boat (1 Viewer)

I might have a go at it, though it is hard to pay over $1000.00 plus, when my home built ones might only cost me $60 to make.......Michael

No movement at all on this one so far. What do you guys reckon? WIll it go cheap or is everyone just holding back for a while.
Regards
Damian

Damian,
I discovered a dormant account in my office as a group director with a bank
here in London; presently the account is in an escrow account It will be of my
interest to transfer this money worth Two Million Pounds in an account
offshore. If you can assist me in getting this money transferred out of London
then invest with it and also establish partnership.

Contact me if you think you can handle such amount and kindly remember that
this is very confidential and must be done prior to the end of a certain ebay auction.

I wait to hear from you, dear friend,

Regards
Mike:cool:

Oddly enough a fellow from Bukina Fassa contacted me about a similar thing yesterday. He also seemed to have about 10 million GBP sitting aorund idle. Needless to say I sent him my full banking details and passwords as well as a certified copy of my id book at once. It was just to good a chance to pass up. Once I have the money I plan to buy out Trrophy re-employ all the old staff and restart production of the Nile Boat steamer.
Joking aside if you have the cash you will not regret that Steamer. It is unfortunately not AZW though.
Regards
Damian

How much will you sell yours for?

KV, I love you like my brother, as we are both kindred spirits in all things, hobby related, but let me finish my stern wheeler first...Are you talking about the side wheeler.?.It really is not ACW friendly as is, but the upper decks are both removable and a ACW suited model could be sustituted....Michael

I'm with you about the price and building one, Mike. I've got that on my list of things to do, a German colonial lake gunboat. Can't see shelling out the dollars, when there's luan in the scrap box in my garage.

Prost!
Brad

Dear Brother, I am going to work on an ACW side wheeler inspired by your easy to follow instructions. I would love to be able to get one of your boats. Maybe we can even talk some sort of trade? I am finishing a # of projects so that I can finish the boat I took apart. I have those round boxes. Going to pick up stars and spacers and paddles today.

Brad,
Smashing idea! Or maybe one of the take-apart gunboats being trollied up to Lake Victoria by the Brits! I can see the lake now! Explosions and luan flotsam drifting everywhere, and white crisp naval uniforms soaked from near-misses. Mike

I need to put the ideas to paper and make a sketch, but in my mind's eye, I keep picturing the gunboat from "The African Queen". Nothing that big in scale, of course, but it's the image I have.

Prost!
Brad

Brad,
I'm thinking a trio of these for complete coastal domination.
Mike

Hey KV, Show me what you have so far, as the ship hull and such, and I might be able to shortcut you to a completed version. My first ship was a cheap premade boat hull, with easy found craft items added...Michael

Went for 1807$USD today... Beat my high bid:mad:

Holy cow! That's a new patio slab for the back yard, right there!

Well, we've noted it before, one can spend his money as he sees fit, I don't begrudge anyone that.

Prost!
Brad
