I assume this is a rare figure.

You would have to ask Bob who ran the Westcoaster in 96 and was selling there this year . When he owned the Old Toy Soldier Home he was a major dealer in Trophy Toy Soldiers

I just bought a year 2000 Trophy Westcoaster, maybe I should add this one!@!! They look really similar.
