Hi everybody,
After reading all the comments I thought why not give it a go.
It was very good service. Nice person to talk to. Three days to arrive and no extra charges. Plus free goodies.
I estimated I saved about £60. (That will go towards the new Falklands figures)
Not saying that this will always work with customs but even if I had to pay VAT plus the £12 fee I would have still have saved about a tenner
I'll be doing this from now on.
