In 1:32 or 1:72?
Plastic General
Both, although if memory serves me right they would create the sets in 1/72 first.
Here is the new release page from the 1993 Esci catalog. Unfortunately, they never were released by Esci. I got this from PSR website.
Some of these sets (medieval and American Civil War) would eventually be released by Accurate, but the Romans and Carthaginians, the battlefield accessories 2 and the modern Muslims and Rapier Missiles never were produced although other companies would later cover some of those subjects.

Interesting - way ahead of the times with the Muslim troops. Don't think any Middle Eastern figures were produced until about five years ago. Not really surprising given that Esci was the first to cover Vietnam.

Man, that must have been a buzzkill planning up your layout and seeing just what you need get canceled! It is strange that no one else produced the figures at the time, what with the Gulf War still pretty fresh in everyone's minds (and a "popular" war at that).
Did you ever attempt to convert figures for your diorama?
