Nice to see a Camel in a set that is not part of the Egypt and The Sudan range :wink2:

Cheers

A few months ago I made this Vietnam War diorama that included animals. I guess pigs make the diorama theme don't they?

that's beautiful Carlos...the animals are nice but I love the hooch...looking forward to seeing you in San Antonio next month...

These are all clever and I really like the depth it adds to the display. But my favorite is the massive wildschwein Keiler running through Andreas' display! Of course I would not shoot one with the MP38 9mm but hey if that's all you have then go for it...:salute::

A good thread this one.

I'm not really a diorama builder but the little Tamiya goose is a favourite of mine to use with 54mm figures.

I found this set recently, it is from the Trophy of Wales "THE BOER WAR" series.

A Black Watch Highlander is playing with two puppies as his patrol moves out of camp. The original set came with one puppy

The Tamiya goose is really well painted. Love it.

Carlos diorama is outstanding and I really like Martyn's jumping dog. I think Guy went for a "cute" effect with all his animals.

The KC dog that Poppo used in his diorama in my opinion is totally underutilized. As it is somewhat a mutt, I use it from Napoleonic to WWII displays. I think it comes in matte as well as gloss.
