As we both know this probably makes up for the Valentine research!!!

Well the M3A3 took some research - it was a unique version used only by the British and Free French in Europe. The Brits used a quite different looking earlier M3 in North Afrika (the M3A3 was not yet developed) and the US used only the distinctive looking M5/M5A in Tunisia and Europe.

From what I've read the British used a lot of Stuarts in Normandy with the turret removed for recon work as it offered a lower silhouette
