Valley Forge Toy Show Photo Report (1 Viewer)

Didn't make it there this year. I spend all of my money in Gettysburg on Thursday and Friday :) Didn't drive by Valley Forge until after eleven last night.

Finally getting around to posting these photos I took on the Friday of the show. Here were some items for sale. Some Imperials, Lucotte, Aeroart, Trophy and Somerset

Great photos, thanks for posting. I take it there is a photo of the Spartan 300 by Conte, am I right?

Paulo,
If memory serves me correctly, this was not Conte, but was from a Russian maker (not Aeroart). His name escapes me, but he is at the major shows. It was certainly an eye-catching display!

Martyn,
Glad you liked the photos as I was rushing around and had to leave early. If you were guessing I took the RA set home, you are going to be disappointed. I know this may come as a shock to your system, but I had to pass on this artillery set (I know, I know, how could I pass it up given my membership in the school of you can never have enough artillery) :( I only came upon it after I already purchased some K&C glossy sets, Figarti artillery set and the Trophy West Point set. I had to convince myself that I could let it go and still keep my membership as I had already purchased a Trophy set and a Figarti Artillery set, thereby fulfilling my obligation to fill my Trophy Artillery allotment and walk away. Skewed logic to say the least, but who said this hobby is logical  My guess is that Al made off with it. So, that is my sad story of the one that got away. There is always a next time :smile2:
