I just wanted to share a few pics from my favorite AFV manufacturer, Figarti. Stellar product and organization from the ground up. Thanks Rick and Peter! :)

Here's the one and only Figart Firefly w/ the initial add-on group of three soldiers. This extra figure set features two very unique poses, which always appreciated :).

This is the Lost in the Desert figure set. The set was made for the African campaign, but since I own the set, I thought I could exercise a little creative license too . So my particular set is actually "Lost somewhere in France". (You will also see in the pics, in addition to the Figarti figures, a BAR grass matt, H & A leaves [thanks Ken!], and an awesome H & A scenic created by the endlessly talented Ericka).

Here's the Firefly again, this time pictured w/ a the classic K & C European house, two WB British figures, four ONTC GI's, a BAR telephone pole, and all foilage in the pic was made by my wife!

Here are a few pics of the unbelievable US Priest. Both the vehicle and the figures are jawdropping, IMHO.

Just a few more pics....

Here's the Hedgerow cutter, and as you can see, she's a knockout!

I hate to be on the wrong end of these gnarly fangs!

Here's a shot of Hurricane:

And I've already posted these shots before, but in case you missed 'em, these are two of the figures for the US Bofors set. I think we can say Figarti nailed it on these figures! Great job Rick & Team!!

Thanks Wayne! I hope you're able to locate a TX Special....you won't be disappointed. Figarti is really on roll, and they certainly aren't resting on their laurels; they are releasing staggeringly good products at a blazing pace. As you can tell, they've reeled me in as well!:) Great products w/ an ultra-fine attention to detail. Thanks again for the kind words.

Thank you, Rob! I agree, I think the Firefly is their best along w/ the winter prime mover. I can't wait to see what's next for Figarti.

Thanks Kurt! Here's the story regarding my wife's contribution to what you've seen: For my birthday last year and then again on father's day my wife surprised me with a group of much needed embellishments for my plain and somewhat lifeless shelf displays. It was a complete and very welcome surprise, as you might imagine:). My wife has playfully been known to refer to my toy soldier hobby as "the other woman", but she knows I derive endless hours of enjoyment from it (although neither one of else may never fully understand why:p:)). But I digress, she is a talented artist of multiple mediums and has a seemingly infinite stream of artistic ideas and energy. She created some amazing trees, bushes and wild grass pieces for me to liven up my otherwise cold and desolate settings, and now I thirst for more! (She has got me right where she wants me ;):p.) I realize not all of us are so lucky to have such support and creative input, and I've heard many a story of collector's having to hide their toy soldier purchases (Richard Conte once related such stories to me about many collectors he had known). I am very lucky and thankful to be with her. So there you have it....anything with any greenery or life to it other than the soldiers themselves that appears in any of my pics where made by my incredible, giving wife (editor's note: aside from the BAR grass matts:p!) She has inspired me to start making my own war torn buildings and medieval settings, and that's quite a gift.

Thank you for the kind words Leadmen. My Figarti collection grew by leaps and bounds all of sudden when Rick and Co, started aggressively releasing one stellar set after another. They are my favorite AFV producer, and that's really saying a lot with all the great stuff out there, especially now :).
