Hi,
I just discovered this maker, and wanted to know the "scoop" on them. Are their things kits, assembled but not painted, or all assembled? What about their figures? What are their buildings made out of? What is the quality like? What items would you recommend? Scale? Also, does anyone have their castle pieces, or their boats- what are they like?
Thanks for any info,
Sandor

Darn... How much assembling/what is the difficulty? Any pictures of an assembled piece?

For me, Verlinden is a by-word for quality. I have never had a poor set the builds are crisp and clear and, always IMO and experience a perfect fit. They have great poses animation and detail.

I have built everything from WWII bunkers and Buildings, boats, troops and AFV's and they are highly recommended

i can build and paint for you- I hace some Verlinden sets in my collection- they were a major force of modelling subjects in the 80's. i have done one of their vigneetes( the b-17 waist gunners) and was happy with the outcome.

Grant.

Sandor,

Great products, easy to assemble, but where scale is an issue, note that these are adefinate 1/35. You'd struggle to make them work with 1/32 and they are waaaay off for 1/30.
