Received this beautiful piece of art this past Friday. In a word, MAGNIFICENT! Now it's n to Vinland in search of Skraelings.

Thanks! It was my grandfather’s originally (he being of Norwegian descent) and is a decanter bar set, but goes perfectly with the ship

On the Viking helmet, really nice, but you you heard about the stupid Viking who ordered his helmet with the horns on the inside!!!!!

Thats totally incorrect. They didnt have horns on their helmets like in a Wagner opera but they wore helmets. Some of the helmets are actually famous. Do some research, history is fascinating

Correct Chap, but i did research it many years ago and they did not wear helmets with horns. They have found helmets buried in the Scandinavian countries which did have horns but they have been aged to well before the Viking period, with man being from the BC period.
