Hi Everyone:

W. Britain hits the road this week, headed out to New England in the trusty company Buick (we're leaving the pick up behind this trip) to do a number of open houses and sales calls.

Our first stop is Hobby Bunker in Malden, MA. on Saturday June 19 from 10am-2pm.
Next event is the same day at Historia Emporium in North Hampton, NH, from 4pm-8pm.

Then we spend a week visiting customers in the area and wrap up the trip on Saturday June 26 at Snow's Home and Garden Center in Orleans, MA (on the Cape) from 10am-4pm

Everyone is more than welcome to attend - there will be pre-production samples to have a closer look at, door prizes and lots of good conversation about toy soldiers and what W. Britain has planned.

I know The LT. and Polar Bear are planning to hit the Historia Emporium one and hope to meet some of you at the other events as well.

All the Best,

Richard

Looking forward to your visit have a safe trip and hope your able to fit some of the new Zulu War figures into the Buick:):):):)

I would love to, Randy. I was thinking the same thing...and frankly Hampton is closer for me, but I have an engagement at 4:00pm on Saturday, and I just can't get out of it. Definitely next time though! :)

Why don't you stop in at The Historia Emporium in Hampton. I will be there and would love to meet a fellow NH collector.

Randy

Banner day at W. Britain today - many new preproduction samples rolled in just in time for me to take to New England open houses:

24th Foot Stretcher Set
Zulu War Tents
Rorke's Redoubt
Ox Wagon
The Storehouse
Sudan Mahdists
Wellington
Rev War Royal Irish Officer and Drummer

Great opportunity to them live and up close!!!

Sounds awesome, hopefully Joe or Randy will take some snaps of these pieces.
And the storehouse will be making a debut !!! Can't wait for that, poor Surgeon Reynolds has been sitting out in the open :) finally some much needed cover :)

hey, he has the hospital already, why does he want to sit in the storehouse, though on second thoughts maybe there might some liquor hidden in there.

Hey all, looking forward to meeting some of the other collectors tomorrow at the History Store! And of course Mr. Walker himself! My wife will be with me, thank god there is a salon next door to keep her entertained!:D We've been together for only 2 years and she's still trying to figure out the hobby. "You're 30 years old and you play with toy soldiers?" She's pretty much used to it now.:D

Spent a pleasant afternoon with our host Bret, meeting Richard Walker seeing Randy and meeting Travis aka pfd119 and his Mrs. along with a number of others including a couple of Zulu War fans. It was nice chatting with Richard an getting to know him and as always the time spent chatting with Randy whom I sure will provide you with a better summary of the event.
