Guys,
Just received my two new Matildas. Love that Tank (nearly as good as the Centurion) and purchased my first one in April, 2007 and have been patiencely waiting for another to come up at the right price. I couldn't believe my eyes when two appeared for the right price. I had to buy.
Just quickly threw them together on a Build-a-Rama mat with a few others to see how they looked. Just love the Western Desert (EA and AK) series.
I hope you like. Many thanks Brad for posting the photos.
Cheers Howard

I bought the Matilda, sold it, then bought it again, when I got severe buyer's remorse. It is the one K/C tank that I will never part with..Michael

Here are the photos. I think Howard has too many Matildas; I could use another one :)

Fantastic mate......sooo good to see so many great pieces in one place!!

That Desert mat really sets things off.......Love that wee Kiwi Dingo too.:p;)

Thanks heaps for posting!

Hi Howard,

Nice 8th Army collection......don't see Monty in the CP so he must be resting in his caravan......:D

Looks like you are going for 3 of each....short of Vickers x1 and Dingo x2.;)

Thanks, Raymond.:)

Howard,

thats what I like to see, troops en mass set up in a diroama....
but were are the guns?
:)

John

Very very nice Howard, looks excellent mate, the Matilda is a terrific model especially in that camo and the effect of several together is superb, well done mate,

(thanks for posting Brad)

Rob

Very nice Howard. Hopefully you do not have 3 Tigers and 3 Pz IV" or they could be in trouble. What happended to the Aussies ?

I have to say, the one word that comes to mind when I saw your pics was 'sexy'.

So sue me. What a fantastic set-up! I have been avoiding the 8th Army (apart from the Long range dudes) till now. But this tempts me sorely.
Wonderful work and well done on securing those tanks!!

Great collection Howard. The Matilda's are neat tanks. I like your set up. John

Very nice setup. They look great together. We certainly could use a new version.

Great display, three Matilda's! Looking good with the Vickers, Bren gun carriers and the Dingo! but the terrain mat makes the scene complete.

Jeff

A simple but effective layout Howard, just the right amount of miniatures. Cheers, Robin.
