These look very realistic! And they are not all the same height! I get why making different heights of figures is more challenging to stay in scale. But this looks very real. Are they modeled to represent the heights of the actual men in comparison?

Looks like it.

Stalin was very short and small statured. Guderian and Hausser were avergage height. And Skorzeny was extremely tall, so everything looks correct in that row of figures.

Agree, they have done well to reproduce their relevant sizes, Churchill being short and wide
