I thought I would peak at the wbritain.com web site (which I have book marked) tonight and have discovered that instead of WB I anm directed to Diamond Trail RV Sales and Services. Thoought maybe I made a mistake so I tried manually entering their address and still go the same results. Wondering if anybody else has experienced same problem?

Mike,
I just tried my WBritains bookmark and now I am the proud owner of an RV. {eek3}
Have you called WBritains?

I would call Ken if you haven't already.

Since becoming the manager, Ken has moved to Iowa. I do not have his current telephone number. However, I do plan on calling the W. Britian switchboard tomorrow morning to let them know of the problem if they haven't already discovered it themselves.

Thanks guys,
I just took a look and you are right. Moving is one thing... selling RVs? Not what I had in mind!
We are working on it.
Thanks again for the heads up.
Ken

Didn't realize Ken had moved to Iowa. Hope I'm not hijacking the thread but now that Ken is at WB, is H & A still in business? Hope so.

It's about time you got out of that shed.

I was time I got a house on wheels. Now when the neighbors complain I can just hitch the house up and find a new home. Maybe the Hyatt's parking lot in Schaumburg, IL.:salute::

The parking lot will work, you can go back and forth from the hotel, loading it up with swag.

Speaking of the shed, any word from your stand up partner, haven't talked to him in over six months................

Hi All,
Yes, we are still operating H&A. I am still pretty busy sorting things out at W. Britain... it has been 24 years since I worked in an office!

We will have a limited number of things at Chicago this year as we are also in the middle of finishing a Museum model that we contracted for before I moved to Iowa. I was always told as a kid that "busy hands are happy hands"... I guess our hands are pretty happy these days!
I am looking forward to seeing many of you in Chicago this year, and hopefully a fair number at the evening customer appreciation event too.
Ken

Ken,

If you and Ericka could bring some new backdrops that could work with American Civil War, that would be great.

I was there yesterday and everything was normal. I just tried it and again perfectly normal.

I tried earlier this morning and the web site was still incorrect. I just tried it again (10:08 a.m. CST) and the Rv Sales and Services web site is still being shown. I think there are still "bugs" in their web system.

The problem must be isolated to the Unites States. I have erased my bookmark and am now attempting to access it through my search engine. Just tried it again and I am still getting the RV dealership. I have called the WBritain switchboard and have told them the problem still continues.

Issue resolved . . . . I had to sign in to firstgearonline.com and then from the First Gear home page (bottom right hand corner) I clicked on the WBritain button. Once on the WBritain home page I re-book marked it. In any event it works. Still don't understand how the RV dealership web site kept poppong up when I typed in wbritain.com . . . .

For all of those who collect WB ACW, the web site now shows a lot of sets scheduled for a November release . . . at least we will have a few months to save up . . . . .

Maybe Ken and Ericka wanted to supplement their income with a RV dealership. After all, don't Winnebagos come originally from Iowa? :wink2: ^&grin

We are always considering new business opportunities!

All kidding aside, our website is being redesigned and there was a little hic-up with another client. Should be fixed now.
All the best,
Ken
