Oz,do you find the CS stuff fits well with K&C,any size issues?

The Panzer I & 88 mm fit in ok but the Kettenrad dwarfs the K & C motocycles, so I'm hoping K & C will bring out an A/Korps Kettenrad soon.

Mortar set, Motorcycle team, Desert Transport, 10.5 cm field gun, Motor cycle combo, Tunisian Tiger x 2, NMA 8 wheeled armored car, CS 88 mm, Kettenrad and Panzer I.

I did have the 222 but sold it awhile back. I also have the Dept 56 palm and cypress tree sets and have used the K & C Normandy courtyard as a desert wall type of backdrop. Also add a few K & C A/K singles I picked up on eBay.

Plans are to get questioning the prisoner, AK tank riders, Opel Blitz, and oasis well. Will get the Stug and Mark IV in either A/K or Gray - that is the main drama atm I also have a complete set of the old Britains Deetail A/Korps figs and vehicles.

I just added the 10.5cm field gun to my AK collection. My initial motivation to buy the set was for the gunners to display along with the CS 88mm gun that is on the way from shipping. The reason I got the CS gun was because I don't see K&C will produce it in the near future (since they've already come out with the AK stuff at the beginning of this year, and last year's limited edition was AK tiger). My AK collection dominates the rest of my WWII stuff.

Besides the field gun, I also got the Panzer IV, Tunisia Tiger with tank riders and Opel Blitz.

I got from Ebay the retired 222, SDzkf 10, Rommel's Greif and Panzer III. Those cost a fortune.

But I'm glad that I bought the Sdzkf 10 tractor. To my surprise, the 10.5cm field gun has movable joints and was able to be towed by the tractor, and so I can transfer my 10.cm gunners to the Flak 88mm gun crew.

I did the same with the walls from the farm house facade and displayed it with the AKs.

I also got one of the camel crop yesterday. It was the last one on display in K&C's Hong Kong shop.

Do you guys know of any non-K&C Arabs that matches K&C in scale?

I also bought one of the last two Egyptian temple facade left.

My original intention was to use it like Gordon did with the AK secret desert airfield...

But later I thought the AK never went that far into the Egyptian mainland (and I've never seen any reference photos that the AK has visited Egyptian archaeological sites)...

Then i did some research on google and found that AK has occupied the Siwa Oasis for some time.

any ideas?

You certainly have a decent A/Korps collection there. The 10.5 gun is a beauty isn't it, there will be some last minute scrambles when that baby hits the retired list. The CS 88 mm is impressive and it came with the crew when I got it on eBay. The crew is rather gaunt but you do get used to them and they are better suited to the weapon than K & C's 10.5 crew.
