I hope you are wrong on this Brad, as I have discussed this via email with Matt and I get the impression that at some point a Western Front/MG theatre will be made available, hope I am correct on this?...Sammy
P.S. I would be over joyed to see MG series!!!!!...Sammy
I never said anything about a Western front line, just MG. Why not? Andy has done it well. I suppose FL could decide they wanted to take K & C for the heck of it. Don't see it though.
Brad,I also don't see FL doing this range anytime soon but I do not think that decision is affected by K/C:rolleyes2:.....FL is currently busy with many subjects which are still being developed....It may come a bit latter...Hope so:wink2:
Frank,
Theoretically, I think FL likes to focus on areas not really explored before or recently, e.g. Stalingrad. Of course, that theory flies out the window when you talk of North Africa because the Afrika Korps has been visited by many companies. I think it's a combination of that plus what they think will sell and AK is popular with collectors. I don't know if MG is as universally popular although no one has yet really explored the United States side of it. It's just a gut feeling that's all.
Brad
I agree Brad.....I don't think that MG is universally popular.....Also likely the reason why K/C has all but abandoned the subject which is somewhat limited in scope.....I think FL is more likely to explore Battle of the Bulge in the not too distant future irregardless of the competition.
Sorry no empirical evidence....just as you have none yourself....I just do not think that FL will go in the direction of MG....Reasons as stated prior post....too many other subjects on their table....I still think Battle of the Bulge would result in more sales with a greater level of interest for WWII....IMO
