What the women told you she had her hand in your pocket taking the rest of your cash and she already had your wifes purse from the day before!!:D

The ending you got would not happen in London!!

I believe in your circumstance - it would be understandable.

For Americans - big plenties - as well as a trip in the back of a Police Car to the Station

The land of the free?  Although we may be catching up fast.

No anti-Americanism here. Can you say the same regarding us Brits - Ron? - we were after all oppressed by the same people.........my name isn't Saxe-Coburg you know......Mind you I really liked Dresden.

Actually

I really do love you Brits - I DO :D

Its fun to poke fun at you and you do talk werid...;) ....but, you guys are great allies - and I appreciate the support you have given America in this War on Terror.

To be quite honest - I only like the French from the 18th & 19th Century - have no use for the current bunch...but, this new election in France is bringing some hope to us Americans that we might have some leadership that we can work with :)

As a good European I feel I must spring to the defence of our neighbours, they would do the same. France is a great country. Fred, where are you?

Just kidding of course ;)

Ron, next time you're on an aircraft why don't you say you have a bomb, and when the guys with guns turn up you can use your "just kidding" excuse. I'd like to hear how effective it is ;)

You need to calm down.

It was said in jest - everybody but you got it.

Everything has been peaceful - lets keep it that way mate.

I've been to France several times in the last few years and found the people warm and friendly. No complaints here.

Remember Ron, no politics. Also, you need to distinguish between government and people.

Leaving aside my much loved French neighbours for a moement,a return to the thread.I like the look of this Jet.I want it and i will buy it.Now the operational/non operational History of this doesn't worry me much. One of the things i have always liked about Andy's product is the imagination and thought process behind his products. The figures he produces are light years ahead of the comp(IMHO)they have real depth and life.I think we all agree how cool this jet looks in the dio with the transport and figures etc?.

I really don't think that anyone who see's it in your displays is going to say " oooh major gaff there mate, that never flew!".There is nothing wrong of course in researching it,but lets enjoy it for what it will be,an excellant model of a jet designed by the Germans.

And one final thing.I bet in five years time there will be loads of people saying "Wish i'd bought a Rammjager!";)

has to be some benefits being the boss.
For myself i,m not realy an aviation nut ,but
make a spitfire or a mustang and i,m their with bells on.

That's an interesting point. Does an owner of a company make only what appeals to him or does he make what his customers are asking for?

It's a fine line I guess and seems to work well in K&C's case because there is a fan base of the K&C style and artistic vision.

Maybe that's where competition comes in.

I remember hearing stories of how the owner of Dragon Models was a huge collector of German militaria which is why his company seemed to produce an endless procession of German products.
I don't know how true it is though.

Morning Easy,i always wondered about that!.So much German stuff and it took ages to bring out US/British figures. And still an endless round of Germans .I really liked Dragons but the amount of figures that were coming out and the storage issue forced me to stop.

Hi Eazy
I think you have summed it up ,it is a fine line.
For any buisness to prosper they must listen to their customers and make thier own judgements,[collectors must be some of the biggest pains in the
proverbial as customers :) ]
But at the end of the day the owner of the buisness carrys the can
for better or worse.
If they get the balance right they have the
ability to try a few different things, but if not as you say it opens the
door for competition and worse still buisness failure.

Rob

I agree with you - I still dont understand all the fuss? Its a cool model  and you are right - IMO - less than 5 years we will hear the moaning....I should have bought it.

Ron
