Where Has Our Sense Of Humor Gone?

I saw that great diorama this morning. It made me smile when theres not a lot to smile about at the moment.

When life is hard work you need humor and a good old piss take attitdude

It was very funny. I was going to show my dad tonight but it's been deleted. Wished I had a screen shot

Why has it gone?

Has it upset some PC A.H.

Would you have done the same if it was Biden instead of Trump? I saw it and thought it was a bit crass, firstly it was highlighting someone who many people think was a Vietnam draft dodger, in a Vietnam diorama. There was a comment about comparing dead Vietnamese with people from Portland. Finally does not matter what political persuasion you are, it does clearly say the site is about toy soldiers and not politics. Nothing PC about taking it down, the post was simply against the rules and ethos of the Treefrog Forum.

What was taking it down cancelling? It had been up less than a day, it was just crass and against the forum rules. I just think it was a post that was thoughtless, but done without malice, just a joke in poor taste at the wrong time.

Agree, i could see why people found it funny, but i would use the word 'bend' not 'brake'.

With respect, I don't think it was political. It was a bit satire and I have a lot of respect for the original post.
I don't normally react, but It's just a shame when people spoil it because they read too much into it. It was fun. Get a life. That my way of thinking.

Not political! On the day of an election there is a diorama with billboards of one of the candidates............ However, i do think Andy meant it as a joke, not as a political statement. In essence it was taken down as it was political and this is a toy soldier forum.

Lets move on and get on with discussing Toy Soldiers. not politics.
