Another brain cramp, can someone id this one!

Thanks!
Tom

Hi Tom,

This is an early Arsenyev figure. I believe it depicts a 100 Years War officer. It's a fairly common figure as far as Russian pieces go, with atypical production numbers.

Let me know if I can assist further,
Joe

Hi Joe,

Thanks, I thought I knew that it was Aresenyev, but sold through Aeroart right? Also, remind me what the 100 and ;75 designation is in blue?

Thanks
Tom

Hi Tom,
Yes, Aeroart worked very closely with Arsenyev for many years bringing many of their wonderful works to collectors worldwide. Arsenyev also sold and continues to sell their figures direct as well. This is figure # 75 of 100 produced. Aeroart sold 40 of these figures.

Best,
Joe

Problem with aeroart and others is that prices are beyond crazy and out of reach of the average collector
which is most of us, First legion is comparable to Russian figures but at more reasonable prices

regards

Thanks Joe for the interpretation!! I always get confused when they would do the numbers on them.
Tom
