Guys , just back from a superb show, really enjoyed it and so enjoyed getting together with the chaps in the pub.

So am uploading my pics for the show thread down in the basement ( its going to take a while!) I thought I should give you a heads up re the next collector, for those of a North African persuasion there is very good news indeed, some superb releases for the 8th Army and a terrific looking 251. A very good issue all round. (Andy very kindly brought a copy for me). Was as always such a pleasure to talk to him today and all I can say is that for some of us WW2 collectors its going to be a wonderful 2013:wink2:

Andy Neilson was at the London Show - evidently a Valentine is out soon. It will come in three versions, 8th Army (Tobruck garrison), Red Army and in Home Defence colours. Also, for later in the year, as part of the FOB range, K & C will be going Home Guard.

Close up the Italian Ascaris looked fascinating - super paint jobs! Roll on 2013!

No problem at all Poppo, the guys in the States and Australia always to a great job for us with their shows and get together's that I'm always happy to return the favour.

Yes having talked to Andy yesterday 2013 sounds packed to the rafters with tremendous releases, especially towards the end of the year.

My pleasure.It would be good to have you join us for the show Oliver, December is always the the best of the three London shows in my view as there are lots of people about and the atmosphere is good. With the new design center venue its all in one very large room and on two levels so its all contained nicely. The facilities and local shops /pubs are also plentiful and of good quality and Angel tube station is barely five mins walk away. Any of you guys thinking of coming next year to any of the shows I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
