Only kidding mate,the wife has got me on a diet and I've had to give up Chocolate...so if my posts look a bit shaky its because I'm going cold Turkey...or cold Cadbury to be precise!

Thanks Brad thats good advice.7.5 mate,life long love of Pasta and chocolate I'm afraid.But I've started on a diet and am excercising more so hope to get it down without statins if I can,but they are just giving me a couple of months to get it down on my own first,but if need be I'll take them of course.

Also good advice,I like Dark chocolate and also as its quite bitter you can't eat as much as Milk,so am giving it a go.

Dark chocolate 80% not less, is better in terms of antioxidant them wine...

Rob, I guess they must measure it differently in the UK. Over here, if you're under 200 that's consider good. 230 and up would be considered marginally high. Anyway, take care of yourself.
