Who on here wants to see more Axis troops?? I want Italians and Hungarians! I have been asking Andy to do these for years!

I'm not sure but i have a hunch Harry wants more Italians;).Me i'm not bothered to be honest.

I don't mind but would prefer more allies, and at the risk of sounding like my hero, JG, more Commonwealth troops in particular:rolleyes::cool:

There is already tons of allied.. Time for something unique!

With only four overworked Commonwealth PBI figures from late ww2 I beg to differ...........and here they are - with no almost no tanks ...

.....will nobody buy poor PBI?:(

They are all good ideas, I have been pleased with Andy has been releasing.

He always has something for almost everyone! Which isn't always easy.:D

I have to wait all year for my stuff:eek::eek::confused::(

Ah yes Arnhem, what a great series!

Now we need a few more vehicles!

We definitely need more allied or, at the least, less German. I'm getting a bit tired of the German stuff.

I'd love to see more Tommies ala 'Tommy Patrol',mg/Mortar/Piat teams etc.

I concur General! I picked up the British Sherman along with a few extra tommies from Tony and I really think they are sharp. I hope Andy does some additional British forces for ETO in the near future.

I agree that the British are undermanned. Perhaps the XXX Corps troops for the Market-Garden series will help out.

Can't say I'm interested in any more Axis. You want different - how about the French Milice, the collaborationist mlitia that kept their own people in line, or the French SS volunteers.

Bottom line: it's Andy's company and he will make whatever he fancies!

Imo more classic Grey German figures would be welcome to us that have enough guys in camo but I don't see other axis forces such as Hungarians attracting much collector interest and are likely to be less popular than the few Italian sets issued to date. New sets of Japanese figs may have a chance when the new Pacific version of Band of Brothers hits tv.

Yes more early war 1939 classic german grey figures.....too many camoflaged german soldiers and IMO the camoflage is not very realistic in appearence

I would agree based on the photos of the new cam figs, but they look great in the flesh and according to resident camo experts the patterns are accurate.

There is always room for some more Germans :D Besides WWII wouldn't be the same w/o them ;)

I agree. They do look battle weary.

I think they could at least use some armoured transport like this CT15a Armoured Truck. Over 4000 of these "beauties" were made by Chevrolet Canada as a replacement (and supplement) to the White Scout Cars and M3 Halftracks in service with Canadian and British Forces. It had a short wheelbase, carried 8 troops and was highly capable over cross country for a wheeled vehicle. It could reportedly, even climb a 60% grade (better than some tanks).

This is one of my personal favourites.

Wayne

PS: As a side note.....A few of these trucks "masquaraded" as German armoured trucks in the movie "Battle of Britain" (you have to be quick to see them)
