There are 2 sides to every discussion....I'm not hijacking and I give no sermons........I am simply expressing the alternative point of view( shared by the silent minority) in regards to high prices......Thank you and best regards

I would not consider these sets toys. Collecting for some is fanatical, it has been that way since the dawn of time. Some folks need to find everything and have the means to do so. Why do your posts seem so aggressive in nature on this subject?

What justifies a ridiculous price? I have an brand new WS 15 Tiger mint in the box, very rare tank. If I ask for $500, is that ridiculous? Is the new Figarti K5 at $1800 ridiculous?

I will give you my opinion of ridiculous. Right now on ebay, there are some fantastic bargains on older sets if you search long enough. I saw a DD23 out there for 139, now to me that is ridiculous, it is a very old tank, easily worth $200 plus.

Point is, all of this is just that, opinion, to each his own and I don't fault you yours. I do get the sense that the way you express your opinion is argumentative and I don't think it needs to be. I am not a particular fan of high prices, but things are what they are worth, no point in getting angry over it.

I don't like the new stuff's prices, I find them hard to take in a lot of instances across all manufacturers.
