will Figarti respond? (2 Viewers)

There was only the ONE "Super Pershing" deployed to Europe, so it's the same vehicle we're both talking about. See this link for some photos of an excellent model - it will give you an idea of what the modified beast looked like.

That is a beast. No wonder that German medium tank crew surrendered.:D It would make a great addition to any line, might even make me collect a tank in this scale.

King Tiger and Pershing

During the Figarti Symposium at this year's West Coaster, Rick asked "What would you all like to see us make?" After a few other people made some comments I asked if they had any plans to make a Pershing Tank or a Winter King Tiger. (Actually, I should have said these are my suggestions, not if they had these items in the works.) Anyway, Rick's answer was basically, "No, not at this time." During the meeting he also mentioned they would be focusing on German Armor (Western Theatre) in the near future, if I remember correctly. I bought my first Figarti piece right after the meeting, the Winter Panzer IV and I love it. Even my wife says she likes it better than my K&C tanks. (I think its always interesting to hear what the wives have to say about the hobby.) So anyway, I am really looking forward to what's coming from Figarti.

it could be a non Tiger mate.

but seeing the quality of Figarti's 1/32 Tiger, and 1/30 DAK Panzer and winter panzer, i won't mind if its a Tiger.

as excited as i am about the K&C King Tiger, and i am currently like a happy puppy :D, i get the gut feeling that Figarti has the ability to suddenly wow and make us swoon.

am really excited about their coming releases. ;)

Dear All,

Well Rick, its now left toy you mate.
CS has show its Stug,
K&C shows its King Tiger.
Now its Figarti's turn on the spotlight.
I'm sure we're all in for a treat :)

An M-26 Pershing perhaps? I know it saw limited action but it would be an awesome addition to Allied firepower. I don't think anyone, besides FOV or something like that, has done this one yet?

Tamiya made one pre made & it very cool
I think it better than the FOV one

Do you know what would be great; if Figarti could let all of us know when the rest of the long tom addon crews and winter Mark IV's will be on the way to dealers like me so I can sell them to my customers who have been waiting patiently since May.

That would be shock and awe enough for me.

For the future maybe Figarti will come out with more figure sets like a 100mm panzersheck team, or other experimental weapons.

i'm excited about their vehicles, but a bit anxious about their figures.

their vehicles have always been quality, but their figures is the Achilles heel.

However, if CS can improve in such a short time, i believe Figarti most definitely can.

"their vehicles have always been quality, but their figures is the Achilles heel."

Have to disagree with you there, I think their figures, especially the V1 and V2 crew figures, the officer with the dog and the winter Germans are very, very well sculpted and painted...............

I have to agree with Warrior, Figartis figures, especially the 1/30 line, are very well done, and on par with other lines.
Gary

Yeah, Figarti are as good as any of the top quality figures currently available.

Dear Warrior,

Please contact Matt at Hobby Bunker, we are ALL SOLD OUT on the Long Tom and the Add On Crew. We are also ALL SOLD OUT on the Winter Panzer. The final shipment should have arrived the US, if not, will be there within a week or so. If you have already placed your order, I would recommend checking for your allocation with Matt. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thank you for supporting Figarti.

I am a big supporter of Figarti, and I certainly agree that there has been a vast improvement in their sculpting and many of the recent figures are quite good, but they are still hit or miss, with some looking well proportioned and natural, while others aren't quite right. At this point I think the need for improvement is in consistency.

Matt has the quantities I need on the addon crew and the Mark IV, so my assumption is he will be sending them off to me when they arrive........
