A set just sold on ebay for $135. As an aside, Hocker sets are beautiful. Their market value all depends on the person buying them. Consistently, I have seen them on the secondary market for much less than retail. The reason I think this is because they are a niche item and not everyone collects them, so they may well generate impulse buys by new collectors on the secondary market (ie if the price is right)? The other reason is probably that you can still order them brand new direct at 10% off retail if Bill has it in stock.
To answer the other question, if the pictures are correct, it is the same set from ebay.
Not trying to influence the asking price here, just sharing some knowledge.
