I have always said these were the best (IMO) aircraft that have been released in the hobby and, I have not changed my mind. They are also great to repaint and this one is a weathered winter bird that has seen plenty of action in russki land.

Hopefully, TG will release a few more in the future.

Mate what a superb job well done, great plane like you said if they won't release one do one yourself...........................^&grin

Cheers for that and the silent likers!! Been playing around with trying to simulate flaking paint (note the restraint on puns for another manufacturer!!!) with this and a few other items and it worked really well. If you look on the cockpit canopy you will see the effect.

Fantastic repaint Mitch. One day TG promised to produce the " Volksjäger" Hope he keeps his promise one day.

Super repaint and excellent weathering. I also like the fine panel lines. Well done.
How did you do the smoke stain ?

Mitch,
Superb job! Another beautiful FW repaint, fabulous like the K&C Dora you repainted to JV-44 colors. :salute::

Thanks for the comments. Smoke stains are done with mat black paint dry brushed on until I get the effect I want
