I just saw one of these on ebay for a buy now price of £799!. I thought that a huge price, what does it normally go for in auction, is it anywhere ear £799?. Not selling (ever!) but just wondering?.

Can't speak for the UK Rob but a fair price these days is $450 to $500.

Quick calculation at yesterdays exchange rate would put that Tiger at about $1280 US. That is a lot of new Tigers. -- Al

Yes, that is a lot isn't it, I wonder if anyone would just buy it at that price?.

seen them in the US for $1100 downwards and the UK highest price I have seen for sale was £999 and, a mate of mine payed it!!!!!

I guess its what a person is willing to pay or happy to pay but, If you look in the for sale bits there is the 6 axis figures for an equally high price.

Absolutely Mitch, if you want it enough its worth it. Personally I think its a superb set and I won't be selling mine anytime soon.

Yes,I know some guys buy and sell all the time, its almost a hobby in itself, but me I'm a hoarder!

I don't think I have ever seen one go for under $500 or £500 so, it looks like what is seen as fair has little to do with the way the market when these things come up. The last three I know of 2 in the UK and one in the US went for much more than that

Can't recall seeing one without figures but an educated guess is $400 or so.
