These are the four types of shophouses available at present. Obviously still plenty of painting to do as two I've still got to prime.

A city in the making. When painted and populated it will look the ticket for sure. A new era in a technology. Robin.

It's going to be fun to watch your progress on these !

Steve mate,
Outstanding cobber. Are you only making for yourself or are you going to market them??

Cheers Howard

Thought it was

Neil,

You need to check out those colonial houses made by Miniature Stories for their Singapore Heritage series. Not cheap, but the best shop houses that I have ever seen.

Chris...their jungle base diorama is really nice!

Bit more progress. Still a few places to paint then will need to weather the buildings down , though probably not as much as the first building.
The various shades of Blues and Blue Greens on the Louvre doors / shutters that seems to be very popular colours to use in Vietnam aren't really showing up too well in this photo, must be too subtle !

That’s a smashing street visa. Robin.

Cheers Robin !:salute::

Doing the research to try and get an authentic look to these makes me realise these shophouses could stand in for many different countries around the world for small businesses. Just the Window shutter which give them that of some hot Country look !

Steve

Nice! Now that's what what I call a great "before and after" scene.
