WOW! What a beauty (3 Viewers)

The sheer size of these Mozzies is something to see in itself. The camo on the Amiens raid version is very nice but even the other in the flat colour scheme just looks so good and kind of menacing.

Having seen the K & C version, size is definitely a factor.

prefer the camo version myself and that is the one I have placed a pre order for If a Bomber variant appears I would think I will get one also. The Mossie although large was not as big as the Owl that Figarti have done so, talk seems to be that this is somehow bigger it is not or, should not be!!

Would like some info on the build to ensure that it is gimmick/magnet free

I love it Neil. Been many times and never tire of it as there is so much to see, was quite an overcast day today so it was quite empty which made it even better. Will put up some pics in a thread either late tonight or tomorrow Neil. All the best

Rob,

How is that Duxford Beaufighter restoration coming along?

Thanks,
Marc

Marc,

Yeah she looked as if she was being worked on quite a bit, she was a flat green colour and masked up for painting. Couldn't get too near her this time though.

Cheers

I bet the price is as big as the plane. But it's a great plane and a collectors must so I hope the price is a bit plane less. Joke. Chris.

That is a couple of people who have presumed the price will be really high. Why? This aircraft is smaller than an Owl and bigger than a stuka so, look at those prices and it should not exceed the price of the Owl or, at worst be the same. Its already been guestimated by Clive Via Rob at £300 which, is in line with what it should be
Mitch

Guys, from what I saw I'd say its worth every penny of the £300, it really is a superb looking model (or will be with one or two final adjustments). Terrific to see the legendary aircraft produced.
