During WWI the Royal Flying Corps carried out combat missions in the Middle East Theater of operations: Egypt, Mesopotamia, and Palestine. The reliable Sopwith Camel could be found in all these locations.

The plane was a $7.95 pre-painted kit from a hobby shop that only required screwing the parts together.

That looks like a good deal for the price. A good deal less expensive than my current WW1 aircraft addiction.:D -- Al
