As autumn begins to head towards winter and we have just two Dispatches to go, what have been been your stand out releases of the year? Pick two or three and an honourable mention:smile2:

There have been many wonderful releases but here are some of mine;

D Day Spitfire

The Danger UXB sets

Humber armoured Car

Special mention goes to RAF Dispatch rider

My Gold Medal would go to the Grey German Summer series: the Tiger, PSW222, the new classic infantry

My Silver Medal would go to the Winter Russians: the winter T34's, all the winter Soviet infantry, jeep

My Bronze would go to the new British WW2 infantry series. The would have the Silver if I collected them. They are very good.

First place go to FW 190-D It that good I got two! Second place is the Spitfire Mk IX, and third place is Humber armored car{bravo}}

Here are mine Rob and yes, im an armoured car freak! Very hard to name a favourite but the Puma would probably be on top followed by the 222 and then the Humber.

Everything else that I'm purchasing/chasing at the moment, has either been out for a while or has been retired.

Excellent pics Tom, I very much enjoy your scenes as for me (as with Waynepoo's) they are interesting scenes and its easy to see you've put real effort into ground work , backdrops etc.{bravo}}

Waiting for the Winter Tiger, Easy 8 Sherman and what ever comes out in Dec to pick a fave of 2012, but for now it's the Udet Albatros ..... that silver and black paint scheme is very sharp.

Al, I agree the wings on the Udet Albatros are bit chunkier than on the von Richthofen version I have, don't know the reason why they were made a little thicker ...... but maybe it explains why the latter two cost $36 more than the first three, there has to be at least 49 cents worth of extra ploystone. :rolleyes2:^&grin

Had a hard time choosing which Albatros to get, as I liked them both and thought the paint schemes quite unusual. Don't understand the thicker wings either, but it is not a real concern. Good choice on the Udet Albatros. -- Al

Without a doubt the 1914 French infantry in combat has been my favorite release of the year, the kneeling firing rifleman and the charging officer being my favorites. The winter Soviet infantry is my second favorite release, with the standing firing rifleman being my favorite of those figures.

My favourite for 2012 must def be the greyhound, searched for it so long on the net and finally found it
