Bit of a good guess but they are The Red Devils-5th New York Zouaves and I would use them in a dio of Gaines Mills part of the Seven Days Campaign.
The flag bearing sergeant could be-repeat could be- Sergeant John Berrian who raised the flag from his dead flag-bearer during the battle grabbed a pistol and ran towards the Carolinians, stuck the flag in the ground and after emptying his gun "shook" his fist at the Rebs. I do believe Troiani has done a painting of that particular scene but am not 100% sure-if he hasn't one of the other civil war artists has.
Great great looking figures and as Conte used to boast "Nobody does Civil War like Conte"
I must purchase whatever sets they will eventually release sometime around 2012 if we're lucky

That would be this one I think, from page 25 of Troiani's Civil War, which given Bob's beautiful dios here, I could not resist.Well if London can be ready for teh Olympics by then, I am sure Conte will be ready before that. i do think Troiani has a painting called the Red Devils
