Zulu War: The relief (1 Viewer)

Another aspect of the Zulu conflict not often seen in diorama's Steve. You have managed the right feel here once again. Robin.

Excellent Steve :salute::

The Anglo Zulu War got me into collecting Trophy of Wales sets many years ago and my interest has not waned

All the best

Martyn:)

Thanks guys. WB done a great job with this range as did TG and one I think that gets a lot of people myself included into collecting TS.
Martyn you may remember WB did a set of Pope and Godwin-Austen. A few months ago I had an appointment for work that took me to a farm in Shalford that is owned by a Lt Col Godwin-Austen (Retired). Who it turned out on talking with him said that Yes, his Great Uncle Freddie was killed at Isandlwana. But he had no idea that WB had made a figure of him and Pope !
He himself had served in the Regiment that the 24th became.

It's nice to see someone use the figure waving the helmet. It's a hard figure to use IMO.
