Well seeing as other members have their wish lists, I thought I would start one for the AZW. What are you guys hoping for?

Here are a few for me

Wagons (horses, oxen)
Colour Sergeant Bourne
RHA
Tents
17th Lancers

CS Bourne
Sgt. Windridge
Col. Durnford
Natal Native Horse
17th Lancers
Naval Brigade
Royal Artillery
Heck one could go on and on. I wouldn't mind seeing WBritain go on for a few more years with the Zulu War.

Here is my contribution,

Rocket Battery
Army Hospital Corps
Natal Native Contingent
Pontoons
War Correspondents

Brian

Let me think...

Pontoons
RA Rocket Battery
RN Rocket Battery
Naval Brigade
9 pdrs
7 pdrs
NNC Non-Coms
IMI
More Colonials
HQ scene/s
PI death scene
One of each OR from each Reg in country
Correct Gatling and Crew
FLH
NNMC
Chelmsy fig w/Crealock
HOOK

Enough for a couple years,
Mike

I think there are some great items on the list but how about a multi piece Zulu Kraal and then a grouping of troops from the Battle of Ulundi with troops from the 80th 90th and 58th and more of the 94th Regiments and a Royal Artillery 7 or 9 pounder

DAve

Excellent suggestions, here are a couple of mine

1st KING’S DRAGOON GUARDS

PILES OF ZULU DEAD

MOUNTED INFANTRY

OXEN DRAWN WAGONS

Cheers

Martyn:)

I've always loved this guy. Would love to see him made by WB. :)

What? No shared enthusiasm for the "Pride of the 24th"? The title of the painting referring to this old timer loading what likely proves to be his last round at Isandlwana. :(

Absolutely, a great painting (Bud Bradshaw?) and it would make a great figure. Gotta love the mutton chops.

YEE HA!!! WHOOOPEEE! besides that Dave, I think WB already has the basic pose with the guy loading...Maybe a repaint coming up from a forum member?

PS-Glad you're back from service! Thanks for it!
Mike

Seems like he's been done in plastic by Conte he appears next to Chard loading his Marini-Henry and you'll note my Aide de Camp he's done in gloss along with the other rankers and Chard:D:D:D

Lt.,
I knew that Nigel Greene figure looked familiar! Thanks for reminding us, My Lord!
Mike

Alright, now that is more like it. :D

Now you mention it, I guess LL does sell a figure bearing a remarkable likeness to this guy. Did not realize Conte had made him too. Hopefully WB will make their own version with massive greying mutton chops and all. :)

Also, thanks for the well wishes Mike. I am nearly done now (not quite yet) and my wife has begun counting down the days.

Here's the same poses of the figure done by LL :D:D:D

Yes, resurrecting an old neglected thread here, but had a couple of comments. First, was happy to hear mention by an attendee at the recent London show of a mutton chopped 24th Foot figure in the works. Secondly, adding to the wish list, I'd love to see a 2 or 3 figure wounded set of 24th Foot figures at some point.
