Previously we had a lot of members logged in and now in the past week, we have less than twenty at any one time. Did something change?

yes, we are now logged out much faster than before. I have to relogin every 10mins or so. before it was hours.

this reflects in the total number being logged in being much lower than before the recent restore!

Re: Fewer members logged in.

You're looking at an incredibly small slice of time. You need to look at the number of people logged in at any given time, against the longer periods of time, such as the past month, the past quarter, and the past year, at least, to make any better explanations.

Prost!

Strange ... :rolleyes2: I have never been ... Logged-Out ... and I have been on for hours at a time, especially when I was posting my K&C AWI story.

personal; devistation plus the new format,,cant stay logged in

I haven't had a single problem...
Me as well, never been logged out, also hate to be that guy, but it is fewer people not less people. i spent hours having it and other grammar forced into me at school and if i am not getting the time back then i am highlighting it. Do not say common useage makes it alright, because it does not.

Personally, I think the economy has taken a hit on collectors (disposable income), as well as the prices of items. Definitely not a cheap hobby.
I also notice some of the older members of the forum no longer sharing posts or comments.
It does not happen often, but when I see a post with zero comments, I find it really sad.
No issue with the forum from a technical perspective. Appreciate those that put in the work to maintain for the benefit of all, as well as the active members.
I still love Treefrog! :)

Agree mate the new like button is easier than typing a comment

...it is fewer people not less people...
I wanted to say this, all the way back in 2017, but decided not to.

It reminds me of a saying I saw in someone's signature in another forum:

"Every time you use bad grammar, I love you fewer."

Prost!
