Had some more time tonight while watching TV to work on the rough shape of the palisade wall.

And as expected, the palisade has been indeed a big pain in the behind! Alas, sometimes you just have to keep going and trust the process.

The palisade wall has been constructed. The last final touch will be to add a few horizontal beams on the interior of the palisade.

Here’s a great closeup where you can see the horizontal beams being added.

The next step will be shaping the dirt mound from florafoam on the exterior of the palisade. I’ve included a photo from the 2004 movie set as a reference below.
