Back in the late 1980’s/ 1990’s Trophy Miniatures produced a catalogue with all of the sets that were available at the time, here is a copy of the cover

I thought the set pictured was excellent and managed to track it down this week.

INDIAN RAJ

From the catalogue description:

“The Prince of Wales in full Dress Uniform.
Maharajah of Jaipur in magnificent Eastern Costume.
A Mahout and two fan bearing Hand Servants arrayed in colourful livery.
The State Elephant with its sumptuous Caprison and elegant Howdah comprises this memorable set”

I kept seeing Elephant sets from different manufacturers being posted, including the great set you painted Jeff, and thought I would try and track down anything Trophy made;)

In the meantime I've managed to aquire a couple of Indian Mutiny sets with, you guessed it, Elephants:D. I'll be posting pictures of the sets over the next day or two

Martyn how far along have you gotten with the plans on the extention of your home to establsh your World of Trophy Sets and Figure. Your newly acquired Raj set a site to behold and along with Pat and Jeff looking forward to your stampede of Elephants.......The Lt.

Excellent set, I bought one this year too as I love elephants! I am also seeking some of the other sets, glad you got some, if you find any more you already have, keep me in mind!

Thats a very cool set! I wish I had one but alas it will have to wait until the Marlborough Elephants are all here. Only a few more to go. If you have the rest of the catalogue please scan and post it here so we can see a few more of the Trophy Sets.
